Our partnered Fang Thai factory is actively processing new innovations.
Fang Thai’s journey began in 2014 with eight of us, a couple of DIY paper-making screens, and rice straw from surrounding farms in Lampang, Thailand. We were focusing on hand-made paper crafts, and in 2015, we had the opportunity to develop our “Grow Up Paper” alongside The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). In the following years, our CEO, Ms. Jaruwan Khammuang, travelled both domestically and internationally to seminars, exhibitions, and award ceremonies to gain further knowledge and recognition for Fang Thai. We’re incredibly grateful for all the awards we’ve received from various well-respected organizations, as it helped put us on the pulp industry map. And in 2019, we began exporting virgin pulp. Fang Thai Factory was then established in 2020 - we’ve steadily increased our workforce, pulp output capacity, and international client base since then. That brings us to today, where we hope to grow into a strong driving force for change in the industry, environment, and society.
